Items can be shipped first class or priority. First class can generally take between 2-7 days depending on location being shipped to. Priority will arrive in 1-5 business days. Shipping charges include Delivery Confirmation which allows you to track your package through www.USPS.com. When your order is processed, you will receive an email invoice with your tracking number. If at all, the ordered product does not meet your expectations, please mail back unused within 3 days for full Merchandise Credit. It makes us happy to make our customers happy, but we require all returns to meet the following:
1. Jewelry must be returned in same packaging and condition it was received. This means packaged in the box it was recieved in, inside a padded envelope to ensure its protection. We also recommend that you mail item back with Delivery Confirmation so that we may track its progress and prove that it is delivered. Don't forget to SAVE the Delivery Confirmation Number!!! We are not responsible for lost returns!
2. Email us at email@example.com and let us know you are returning your order and why. Also include the Delivery Confirmation Number so that we may track it.
If for any reason your Jewelry sustains damage from normal wear, please contact our designer. We will guarantee any repair of our jewelry within two months time, free of a labor charge. Customer may possibly be responsible for a minimal materials fee (Depending on repair). If damage occurs from initial shipping, mail back within 5 days for a free repair.
